DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. My aunt has been trying to contact them for OVER A WEEK and has not received a single phone call to resolve the issues. Waste of time and money. Go with a different company!

The customer service I received from S&S Broadband Services was exceptional. This kind of service is rare from cable/internet companies. Shawn in particular was incredibly helpful anytime I had an issue, and I really appreciate her efforts!
